fifty pumpers.one payroll.
Buy a Pumper. Clock it in. Every creator fee the coin earns on pump.fun gets swapped into a tokenized stock and split across everyone on shift, weighted by the rank on the badge. No staking. No lock-up. The picture is the payslip.

How the desk works
Six steps, and none of them are new. pump.fun already pays creator fees on every trade. All PUMPERS does is point that stream at a stock and split it by rank.
payroll
The rank is the yield curve
Every Pumper carries a tier, and the tier is its weight in the book. You can read a holder's income off the picture, which is the whole point of drawing fifty of them instead of generating four thousand.
Share is one token's slice of a full book: every one of the fifty clocked in. Total weight across the fifty is ·. A seat that is minted but not clocked in still reserves 1.25 weight; that slice is paid to nobody and rolls into the next shift, so showing up early pays more than showing up late.

What a shift actually pays
pump.fun sets the creator fee on a sliding scale against market cap, and it runs backwards. Move the cap and watch what happens to the pot.
the floor
All fifty
Each one is a single whole drawing against a locked base character. Nothing layered, nothing composited, so the metadata is exact by construction rather than by labelling.
the book
The lineup
One name per shift, looping. The book is the only record that matters: what it bought, for whom, at what price. It starts empty, because the coin has not launched.
Every past shift will be written here with its transaction signature. There are no past shifts yet, and nothing above is a record of one.
